**Cancellation and Refund Policy for Rara Exposers Private Limited**

Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking any tour or travel package through Rara Exposers Private Limited ("Rara Exposers," "we," "us," or "our").

 

**1. Cancellation by the Customer**

 

- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.

- Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the terms of the specific package.

- The following cancellation fees apply:

 

    - Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the tour: 10 % of the total tour cost.

    - Cancellation 30 to 10 days before the start date of the tour: 50 % of the total tour cost.

    - Cancellation 10 days or less before the start date of the tour: No refund.

 

**2. Cancellation by Rara Exposers**

 

- We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour or travel package due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings.

- In the event of cancellation by Rara Exposers, you will be offered the option to reschedule your booking or receive a full refund.

 

**3. Refund Process**

 

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15  business days of receiving your cancellation request.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.

 

**4. No-shows and Unused Services**

 

- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services, including accommodations, transportation, meals, or activities.

- If you miss any part of the tour or travel package for any reason, we are not obligated to provide compensation or refunds.

 

**5. Force Majeure**

 

- We are not liable for any cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

 

**6. Changes to Itinerary**

 

- We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations of a tour or travel package due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
